Following the initial visit we complete a site survey from which we produce full architectural drawings. These are sent to you for approval and are then submitted to your local council for building regulations approval and planning permission if necessary.

We deal with the whole process of the application, from the free initial consultation to the receipt of all necessary council approvals.

We are experienced in designing loft conversions in almost all types of property. We can design loft conversions within the existing roof and also roof lift loft conversions on detached properties.
