Welcome to ELS Design Ltd, a small design office, based in Grimsby, covering the whole of Lincolnshire and Yorkshire including Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Doncaster, Lincoln, Rotherham, Sheffield, York and surrounding villages.

We are experienced in providing architectural drawings and specialise in loft conversions, extensions and alterations.

Following a free initial visit to assess the feasibility of the project required we will advise you on the necessary council approvals and costs involved.

Your drawings are produced using Computer Aided Design and we act as agent for you in submitting your application and dealing with any queries raised by your local council. When all approvals have been received we can recommend local builders who will contact you and give you quotations for the work required.
